This section applies to all content and data that an organisation that is licensed to use XUNO (herein "licenced organisation") enters into their XUNO database. The types of information include, but are not limited to:
Credit/debit card information from our customers clients, parents and staff are only used for the purpose of payment processing and providing the licenced organisation with payment and transaction reports. We do not store any credit/debit card information except for the last three digits and the name on the card for the purpose of transaction records.
We do not have any direct access to a licenced organisation’s XUNO database or confidential information (as defined above) except under the following circumstances: if we are requested to and permitted to by the organisation to access the database or software for the purpose of installing, upgrading, fixing bugs or server related issues, or as otherwise requested.
We treat all of this information as highly confidential. In addition, Xtreme Software complies fully with it's respective obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 of Australia, including the National Privacy Principles.
We use the information you provide about yourself when requesting a demonstration, support, enquiring about XUNO or placing an order only to complete that request and to provide fantastic customer service during the term of your service. We do not share this information with outside parties without your permission.
While we own the database structures, XUNO and Xtreme Software websites, the licenced organisation retains all rights to their own content. We will also not utilize the licenced organisation’s content in their XUNO database or your content in our databases to compete with you, to advertise to or market to or contact the licenced organisation’s clients, parents or students for any other means of profit.
We may at times use your personal information to share our newsletters, product information, advice, marketing and other materials with you but not without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such uses.
Finally we do not share, disclose, sell or rent to any third-party the confidential and personally identifiable information that we have access to or that is provided to us except under the following circumstances: If it becomes necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
We may disclose End User Data to a third-party if it becomes necessary to provide the service to you or the licenced organisation. “End User Data” means information about a licenced organisation’s parents, students or staff, or your personal information which includes but is not limited to, first name, last name, phone number and email address.
We never share, sell or rent your or the organisation's parents, students, or staff personal information. Personal information will only be shared with a third party if required by law or covered in this disclosure.
